Once your order is packed up, its sent out for delivery. We work closely with our couriers to make sure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Unopened
Returns of unopened, undamaged, and re-saleable items will be accepted for exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, if accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
24 Hours
Where goods delivered by the vendor are received damaged, or incorrect against the order, the vendor must be notified within 24 hours of delivery in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. No such claims will be accepted after the 24 hours has elapsed.
1. Request a return slip at returns@sanzula.com, supplying us with your Order Number.
2. If needed, request a new box for your return.
3. Place your item in the box, seal, and place your Return Slip on your box.
4. As soon as your Return arrives at our warehouse, we will process your request for exchange if that is your desired outcome.
